Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Upload clear photographs of the product, including images of any damage and the original packaging, to help our team validate your return request.
- 3.Pickup Scheduling
Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the furniture is disassembled and packed in its original box with all accessories.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
